Oversees the cleanliness of the indoor facilities to ensure a distraction-free environment for campers to enjoy community and the space to encounter Christ.
Leads a team of volunteers in an upbeat, joyful atmosphere serving campers pristine ice cream and selling Fort attire with a smile! Our mission is to encourage families to engage and create memories together, and we accomplish this by fostering a fun environment and serving in a Christ-like manner.
Teaches and demonstrates Biblical principles to young family campers at an age-appropriate level for
them to learn about and love God. Staff are hired for this position based on the age level they will lead: nursery, 3-5 year olds, 1st-2nd grade, and 3rd-4th grade.
Leads a team of volunteers in a fun, fast-paced, relational environment ensuring that campers are served with excellence in every aspect and kept caffeinated during their week at camp.
Leads the Craft Shop team in fostering a fun and imaginative space for campers to enjoy the likeness of our Creator through arts and crafts in fellowship with others.
Creates a fun, fast-paced, and relational environment for the team of volunteers in the dish room, in order to reduce distractions so families can connect with God and His creation during their time at camp.
Oversees the camper programming and mentoring and support of staff to serve the campers well and
show them Christ in partnership with the Lab Director.
Supports the Lab team in the general day-to-day operations of the camp program so that campers may experience a fun and safe environment to encounter God.
God uses Fort to impact lives for eternity. Marketing staff capture great photos and videos, thus
inspiring even more campers, donors and prayer warriors to stay connected
Shepherds and mentors the summer leaders and volunteers to support them in their spiritual/personal
growth and to equip them to serve campers well and show them Christ.
